They are hiring a Guest Services Host to support guest-facing operations across the public areas, lobby, reception, and food & beverage spaces. Key Responsibilities

• Work across the lobby, bar, host stand, and other guest areas to keep the atmosphere energetic, welcoming, and efficient.
• Represent the Wilde brand confidently and positively as a visible point of contact for guests.
• Create memorable guest experiences through clear communication, teamwork, and a helpful approach.
• Set and maintain high daily standards, working toward team and property goals with consistency and motivation.
• Greet arriving guests warmly and help them feel comfortable from the moment they enter.
• Learn guest preferences and expectations so service can be tailored and thoughtful.
• Help shape the ambience by managing details such as lighting, music volume, and overall presentation.
• Handle opening, middle, and closing shifts smoothly while coordinating with colleagues to avoid missed details.
• Look for better ways of working and support improvements that strengthen the guest experience.
• Contribute to a respectful, inclusive, and kind workplace culture.
• Take part in community charity activities and local initiatives that support the wider mission.
• Follow the environmental and social sustainability standards used by Staycity Group and relevant programmes such as Green Key.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar position is useful, although full training will be provided.
