Wolt is hiring part-time and full-time Grocery Associates for its Wolt Market team in Hamburg.

Role overview

As a Grocery Associate, you will help keep the store running smoothly, support order fulfillment, and ensure customers and courier partners receive accurately packed groceries on time. The position also involves handling stock, keeping the store organized, and working with systems that track product details such as allergens and nutrients.

Key duties

• Receive incoming orders via the Merchant app and process them accurately.
• Select grocery items, pack them properly, and hand them over to customers and courier partners.
• Unload groceries and other supplies delivered by vendors.
• Update and work with internal tools that contain detailed information on nutrients and allergens.
• Keep the store tidy, organized, and clean at all times.

Working conditions and expectations

This position requires flexibility for shift-based work across mornings, evenings, and nights. Weekend and public holiday availability is also required. The company is looking for candidates who are proactive, quick to learn, and able to manage several tasks at once.

Experience and language requirements

Prior experience in a grocery store is considered an advantage. English fluency is required, and German language skills are a plus. Candidates must also have the legal right to work in Germany.
