The ideal candidate will already have practical exposure to Python and/or SQL through academic work, internships, or personal projects. Strong logical thinking, problem-solving ability, a genuine curiosity about markets, and an interest in investment management are all essential. The employer is also looking for someone who is approachable, eager to learn, and motivated to build a long-term career in buy-side Data & Analytics.
