Where you'll work

Descrição da vaga

Role overview

You’ll join the team as a full stack engineer working on an enterprise AI SaaS product, with direct ownership of major product areas from concept through release. The role is hands-on and comes with significant responsibility.

What you’ll do

  • Develop and take end-to-end ownership of customer-facing product functionality, from the initial idea all the way to production.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and design to define plans, shape architecture, and deliver new features.
  • Create and ship AI agents, backend services, APIs, and web interfaces.
  • Work with functional teams across the business, including go-to-market, finance, and customer support, to build internal systems that reduce manual work and improve operations.

What the team is looking for

  • Roughly 2 to 4 years of professional experience building full stack software.
  • Active use of AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex.
  • Strong awareness of current AI progress, including newer LLMs, agent frameworks, and related tooling.
  • Good product judgment and design sensibility, with a clear standard for quality.
  • Comfort with owning a product area independently and seeing it through.
  • Solid self-management when it comes to time and priorities.
  • Willingness to work across both frontend and backend as needed.
  • Clear communication and the ability to work effectively in uncertain or ambiguous situations.
  • Experience building and supporting production systems used by real customers.
  • Confidence learning new technologies and starting projects from scratch.
  • Preferred background: exposure to early-stage startups or experience building personal products.
  • Additional nice-to-have familiarity with Animations.Dev, Devouring Details, or InterfaceCraft.

Why this role may appeal to you

  • You’ll help launch real products that are actively used, including both external features and internal tools.
  • You’ll work across functions with product, design, operations, go-to-market, data, and customer support teams.
  • You’ll build with modern development tools and current infrastructure.
  • The environment is fast-moving, with quick releases and rapid input from users and teammates.

Things to consider

  • Priorities can change quickly because the team often works on highly ambiguous problems without clear answers.
  • The company emphasizes experimentation and may adjust direction based on data and user feedback.
  • Speed is a major value, so work may need to be turned around in a day and features are often shipped on a weekly cadence instead of after long build cycles.
  • The team does not yet have a highly structured management layer, so this role suits someone comfortable operating independently.
  • The expectation is more than a standard 9-to-5 schedule, although the company supports flexible scheduling to help people work productively around personal needs.
  • Unlimited PTO is offered, along with a minimum vacation policy of 20 days per year.
