Role Overview

We are hiring a full-time Florist for an on-site position in Al Olaya, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will create bouquets and floral displays for walk-in customers, online requests, and events such as weddings, corporate gatherings, and celebrations. The position also includes customer interaction, order handling, event decoration support, and day-to-day shop upkeep.

Key Duties

• Design and assemble floral arrangements and bouquets for retail and event orders.
• Choose, condition, and prepare flowers so they remain fresh and attractive.
• Welcome customers, understand what they need, and suggest suitable products.
• Process orders and payments in a professional and efficient manner.
• Set up floral decor for events, including venue decoration where needed.
• Maintain a tidy, organized, and clean shop environment.
• Assist with deliveries, stock handling, inventory monitoring, and seasonal promotions.

Requirements

• Practical ability in floral styling and bouquet creation with a strong sense of color, form, and presentation.
• A creative mindset to produce original arrangements and adapt designs to customer preferences and themes.
• Strong customer-facing communication skills, with a courteous and attentive approach.
• Interest in or experience with event decoration, visual merchandising, or display styling.
• Availability to work on-site in Al Olaya, including weekends or holidays during peak periods.
• Good organization, attention to detail, and safe handling of tools and materials.
• Prior work in a flower shop, event decor, or a related role is helpful but not mandatory.
• Willingness to learn, follow safety practices, and work well within a diverse team.
