About the Company

As the company advances its cloud-first approach and introduces AI across its platform, it is seeking a commercially minded Finance Business Partner to help translate financial results into business actions.
Role Overview
This position sits within the Finance team and works closely with the wider business to turn performance data into practical decisions. Reporting to the Head of Financial Planning & Analysis, you will act as a bridge between Finance and operational leaders across the organisation.
The role is broad and hands-on within a multi-entity global environment. You will support budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning, produce month-end reporting and variance commentary, and contribute commercial analysis for business cases, pricing decisions and margin improvement. You will also have the opportunity to help build a more modern, AI-enabled finance function using AI-assisted analytics, Power BI and Microsoft Business Central.
This opportunity suits someone with strong commercial judgment, a collaborative approach and the confidence to influence senior stakeholders in a fast-moving international business.
Key Responsibilities
- Work alongside operational teams and senior leaders to provide commercial insight, test assumptions and support strategic choices.
- Contribute to budgeting and forecasting activities while identifying and tracking key risks and opportunities.
- Prepare accurate month-end reporting with clear explanations and performance commentary.
- Use reporting systems and finance tools to improve outputs, streamline processes and increase efficiency.
Requirements
- Qualified CA, CPA or an equivalent professional accounting designation.
- Background in commercial finance or a business partnering position.
- Strong capability in financial modelling, forecasting and management reporting.
- Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and shaping decisions through influence.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with enterprise finance systems.
- Able to communicate complex financial information in a clear and simple way.
- Adaptable, proactive and effective in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Confidence using AI-enabled tools to strengthen analysis and improve efficiency.
