What this role involves

This position is part of a fast-moving logistics environment where execution, consistency, and strong follow-through are essential. You’ll work across multiple functions and spend much of your time ensuring smooth delivery, managing your responsibilities end to end, and supporting the customer experience through reliable coordination and attention to detail.

Key responsibilities

The role focuses on managing air cargo reservations, supporting customers, and coordinating closely with internal teams to ensure bookings and shipments run smoothly.

  • Handle air cargo reservations and bookings accurately and efficiently; experience with Smart Kargo is preferred.
  • Check booking details, spot missing or incorrect information, and ensure issues are resolved quickly.
  • Guide customers on Teleport Cargo processes and system usage, including training and ongoing support.
  • Follow up on booking confirmations and shipment movement proactively.
  • Serve as the main contact for assigned customers.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with customers.
  • Respond quickly to customer questions, service requests, and escalations.
  • Work with Sales, Operations, Product, and Support teams to maintain service quality.
  • Track customer satisfaction and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.
  • Support customer onboarding, retention, and growth efforts.
  • Take on other tasks assigned by the reporting manager.

Requirements

  • Good understanding of the full reservation workflow, from booking through follow-up to cargo handover.
  • Strong communication skills for working with customers and internal stakeholders such as Sales and Operations.
