About the Company
This role is with a recognized FMCG manufacturing business based in Mulund, Mumbai.
Work schedule includes Sundays off and an alternate Saturday off.
Role Overview
The Executive Assistant will support the Managing Director with day-to-day coordination, calendar management, travel planning, communication, and meeting preparation, while also helping with research and event-related work.
Key Responsibilities
You will be expected to organize the Managing Director’s schedule, keep appointments and meetings on track, and handle travel arrangements efficiently.
The role also involves preparing presentation decks and briefing documents, supporting the coordination of seminars, conferences, and other events, and ensuring follow-ups are completed on time.
In addition, you will carry out industry research and competitor tracking, while maintaining strict confidentiality at all times.
Candidate Profile
The employer is looking for a graduate or postgraduate candidate with 4 to 7 years of experience in a relevant secretarial or executive assistant role.
Strong capability in calendar handling, travel coordination, and correspondence management is required, along with good communication and presentation skills.
Candidates must be based in Mumbai and should be below 45 years of age.
