Role overview
This is a high-impact executive support position based in the Financial District of San Francisco. The role is fully in office five days per week and sits within a private equity / alternative investments environment. Compensation
The base pay for this position is $110,000 to $120,000 per year.

Key responsibilities
- Provide direct support to the team by handling complex executive calendars, scheduling, and meeting logistics.
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including itineraries, coordination of logistics, and expense tracking or reporting.
- Manage executive correspondence, communication flow, and follow-up items.
- Organize investor meetings, leadership meetings, and other priority appointments and engagements.
- Keep contacts, records, documents, and important business information structured and easy to access.
- Act as a contact point for investors, portfolio companies, and internal teams.
Required qualifications
- Background supporting senior executives in demanding, fast-paced environments.
- Strong command of written and spoken communication.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Well-developed organization and project coordination abilities.
- Consistent professionalism and discretion when working with confidential information.
