About the Organization
Driti Council of Performing Arts is a non-profit organization established in 2009 in New Delhi, India. It focuses on bringing Indian folklore ensembles to international audiences and is a member of the European Association of Folklore Festivals. The organization has hosted 10 editions of its international festival since its inception in 2015 and has recently expanded its festivals to countries including Vietnam, Thailand, Sri Lanka, and Nepal, fostering cultural exchange and broadening performance opportunities worldwide.
Role Overview
The intern will be primarily engaged in daily event management tasks that facilitate the promotion and smooth running of cultural festivals and performances.
Key Responsibilities
- Drafting and sending emails to various groups and stakeholders.
- Handling promotion of events across social media channels.
- Supporting updates and maintenance of website content to ensure accurate event information.
Candidate Requirements
- Availability for a full-time, in-office internship located in Gurgaon, South.
- Start date must be between July 15 and August 19, 2026.
- Commitment to a two-month internship duration.
- Possession of relevant skills in communication, social media, and office software tools.
