Role Overview
This role is for engineers who care about speed, impact, and solving meaningful customer problems. You will do more than write code: you will take responsibility for projects from start to finish, make important product and technical decisions, and influence the direction of the business.
What You Will Do
- Design and build dependable, scalable systems while taking ownership of essential pieces of the core platform.
- Work on challenging problems that arise when building Voice AI products and scaling them to millions of calls each day.
- Assess different models and help ensure the company continues pushing the technology forward for customers.
