Role Overview
The Miami HEAT retail online team is looking for an E-Commerce Customer Service Representative based in Doral, FL. This position is focused on delivering outstanding support to customers shopping on MIAMIHEATSTORE.com, mainly through phone and email communication.
What You’ll Do
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone or email about products, orders, and refunds.
- Help create a smooth and positive online shopping experience for every customer.
- Troubleshoot order problems by understanding the issue, identifying the cause, and explaining the best resolution.
- Support or lead special tasks and projects assigned by the customer service supervisor and the E-Commerce Product Manager.
- Maintain accurate records of customer conversations, complaints, inquiries, comments, and the actions taken.
- Work according to standard operating procedures so customer issues are handled properly and consistently.
- Provide administrative help on projects when needed.
Required Background
The ideal candidate should bring at least one year of customer service experience and understand the core practices involved in delivering strong customer support. The role calls for someone who is highly organized, detail-focused, comfortable working under tight deadlines, and able to handle several tasks at once in a fast-moving environment.
Candidates must also be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and should have a basic working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
