Drone Pilot

Role overview

TSMG Holding is looking for an experienced and certified Drone Pilot to carry out drone-based work across different projects. The role calls for solid knowledge of drone systems, confident flight control, and the ability to review and make use of aerial information.

The work will involve using drones for surveying, mapping, inspections, and video capture, while ensuring every operation is handled safely and in line with applicable aviation rules.

What you'll do

• Fly drones for aerial photography, video recording, surveying, and inspection tasks
• Complete pre-flight inspections and confirm equipment is ready for use
• Carry out operations in accordance with EASA rules and safety requirements
• Design flight routes and make adjustments when weather or site conditions change
• Gather, review, and interpret aerial data for project reporting and deliverables
• Work closely with colleagues to keep projects on track and meet objectives
• Keep accurate flight logs, including timing, locations, and data captured
• Handle routine upkeep and basic troubleshooting of drone equipment
• Keep up to date with new developments, tools, and regulatory changes in drone operations

Required qualifications and experience

• Valid EASA Remote Pilot certification or an equivalent qualification
• Demonstrated hands-on experience operating drones in different environments
• Good technical understanding of drone hardware and software, including mapping and modeling tools
• Strong sense of spatial awareness and careful attention to detail
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
• Clear verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to examine data and explain findings in a clear way

Preferred background

• Experience working with drone platforms such as DJI or Parrot
• Familiarity with photogrammetry and GIS-based applications
• Previous exposure to sectors such as construction, agriculture, or film
