Design Consultant

About the Role

Reform is looking for a part-time Design Consultant to join the Munich showroom team, working around 20 to 30 hours per week. In this position, you will often be the first person customers meet, helping set the tone for their experience and supporting them as they begin their project journey. The role blends design advice, consultative selling, and customer support, with a strong focus on shaping the earliest stage of the client relationship.

What You Will Do

• Welcome visitors and support them in person at the showroom, as well as through online and phone communication.
• Assist customers with concepts for kitchen and storage projects, including weekday and Saturday interactions.
• Develop preliminary layouts, concept proposals, and cost estimates.
• Handle new leads and keep customer records up to date in the CRM.
• Guide clients through the initial phase of their journey with Reform.
• Contribute to sales targets while maintaining a strong customer-first mindset.
• Help maintain a showroom atmosphere that is warm, inviting, and inspirational.

What We Are Looking For

• Professional fluency in both German and English, spoken and written.
• Education or practical experience in design, architecture, interior design, or a closely connected discipline.
• Clear and effective communication skills, along with genuine curiosity about customer needs.
• A well-organized, self-starting approach to daily work.
• The ability to work autonomously while managing several clients and projects at once.
