Overview
Cash Back Loans & Overdues Rescheduling Services LLC is hiring Debt Collectors and Team Leaders in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The role focuses on following up on overdue accounts, coordinating recovery efforts, and communicating with debtors to understand payment status.
What you will do
- Monitor assigned accounts to spot overdue balances and track collection status.
- Decide on the appropriate follow-up approach to recover pending payments.
- Reach out to debtors and discuss their payment position.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree is required.
- At least 2 to 3 years of experience in debt collection is needed.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities are essential.
- Comfort working toward targets and within strict deadlines is important.
- Practical knowledge of MS Office and database tools is required.
