Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-focused Data Insights Analyst who can turn large and complex datasets into practical business guidance. In this role, you will uncover patterns, build reporting tools, and share findings that help teams make smarter decisions and drive growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, examine, and interpret information from different sources to spot patterns and business opportunities.
- Create and update dashboards, reports, and KPI tracking tools.
- Convert technical or complex findings into clear recommendations for stakeholders.
- Contribute to business planning by providing data-backed suggestions.
- Perform one-off analyses to answer operational, financial, and strategic questions.
- Work with teams across functions to understand reporting needs and business priorities.
- Track performance measures and highlight areas that need improvement.
- Maintain accuracy, completeness, and consistency in reporting data.
- Share analysis results and recommendations with management and other stakeholders.
- Assist with data governance and ongoing process improvement efforts.
Required Qualifications
The role calls for a bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related discipline, along with 1–3 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, reporting, or a similar analytical position. Strong SQL skills are essential, as well as advanced Excel knowledge including PivotTables, formulas, and analytical functions. Experience with visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker is also required. Candidates should bring strong problem-solving ability, analytical thinking, clear communication, presentation skills, and the capacity to handle several priorities and deadlines at once.
Preferred Background
Additional value will be given to candidates who have used Python or R for analysis and automation, understand statistical methods and data modeling, and are familiar with data warehousing, ETL workflows, and cloud environments. Experience supporting teams in strategy, operations, marketing, or finance is also beneficial, and analytics or business intelligence certifications are considered a plus.
