Role overview
This full-time hybrid position in Singapore combines on-site presence with the flexibility to work from home on some days. The role focuses on keeping business data accurate, well-structured, and consistently updated across LinkedIn campaigns, client accounts, and internal platforms. You will help ensure that records remain reliable, data issues are identified quickly, and information is available in a form that supports sound decision-making.
What you will do
- Maintain and update data across campaign records, client databases, and internal systems.
- Check information for accuracy and consistency, and correct mismatches when they appear.
- Organize records, validate entries, and keep data sets current.
- Track campaign performance metrics and prepare periodic reports.
- Support the creation and upkeep of process documentation and activity logs.
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and HR-oriented teams to share useful data insights.
- Help improve the flow of information and refine data-handling processes.
- Monitor data quality and communicate clearly with internal stakeholders when issues need attention.
What we are looking for
- Hands-on experience or strong capability in data control and data management, including organizing, updating, and checking information across different systems.
- Good analytical ability to interpret records, identify patterns, and produce reports that help improve performance.
- Clear communication skills for working with cross-functional teams and presenting findings accurately.
- Experience with document handling, structured record keeping, and process documentation.
- Comfort using spreadsheets, databases, and basic visualization tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, or BI dashboards.
- Exposure to marketing, sales, or CRM tools, particularly LinkedIn-based systems or other B2B platforms, will be helpful.
- Strong attention to detail, good organization, and the ability to manage several data tasks in a busy environment.
- A diploma or degree in Business, Information Management, Marketing, or a similar discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
