Role Summary
This position is suited to someone who is highly organized, attentive to detail, and focused on customer experience. As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as a key point of contact for customers and the sales team, helping ensure orders move through the process accurately and on time.
Core Responsibilities
- Respond to customers and sales colleagues over phone, email, and related communication channels, providing correct quotes and product-related support.
- Enter and manage purchase orders in the ERP platform with accuracy and care.
- Work closely with the production planning team to make sure orders are scheduled correctly and delivered within required timelines.
- Partner with the art team so artwork and proof approvals match customer expectations.
- Coordinate with product development to keep custom projects on track and properly handled.
- Track order status and follow up as needed to help ensure on-time delivery and a positive customer experience.
Candidate Profile
- Prior customer service experience is preferred, especially in apparel or manufacturing settings.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with both customers and internal teams.
- Comfort working with ERP software, plus the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Excellent organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage several orders and tasks at once.
- Problem-solving ability, flexibility, and a calm, positive approach when working under pressure.
- A customer-first attitude and a commitment to creating a great experience in every interaction.
