Eligibility

Applicants should have a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or ITI qualification in Fitter/Turner. Experience Requirement

Diploma holders should have 1 to 2 years of experience in CNC/VMC machine operations. ITI candidates should bring 3 to 4 years of relevant machine operation experience.

Responsibilities

• Run CNC and VMC machines while strictly following safe work instructions, inspection procedures, and standard operating methods.
• Set up machines and carry out basic 2D CNC programming as needed.
• Choose suitable cutting tools and handle basic tooling-related troubleshooting.
• Meet target cycle times without compromising product quality.
• Carry out in-process checks and ensure output matches specification requirements.
• Track and report in-process and final rejection, and take corrective action where required.
• Inform the Maintenance team and Shift Supervisor immediately in case of machine stoppages or breakdowns.
• Maintain approved machining parameters and tooling standards for each part.
• Assist in new product development work, process trials, and the related records and documentation.
• Support TPM, Job Hazard practices, 5S, EHS, Kaizen, and on-the-job training activities.
• Ensure correct part marking, identification, traceability, and production record upkeep.
• Comply with quality, safety, and company rules at all times.
