Role Summary

This is a full-time, on-site position in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. The selected candidate will handle both routine and detailed cleaning work across a variety of spaces. Duties include dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing kitchens and bathrooms, cleaning windows, and maintaining shared areas. The role requires working from established task lists, using products and equipment as instructed, and ensuring every area meets the company’s quality expectations.

Key Duties

• Carry out everyday and deep-cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing surfaces, and removing waste.
• Clean washrooms, kitchens, windows, and common spaces to the required standard.
• Follow checklists, safety instructions, and cleaning procedures provided by the company.
• Use cleaning chemicals, tools, and protective equipment in the proper manner.
• Flag repair issues, safety hazards, or maintenance concerns when noticed.
• Refill supplies and keep cleaning materials organized and ready for use.
• Communicate professionally with supervisors, clients, and coworkers when needed.
• Work independently or with a team while maintaining professionalism and reliability.
• Arrive on time and consistently uphold respectful conduct in all interactions.

Qualifications and Experience

• Capable of performing a variety of cleaning tasks, including surface dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing, and disposal of waste.
• Strong focus on detail and a consistent standard of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Comfortable using cleaning supplies, tools, and personal protective equipment safely.
• Good scheduling habits, with the ability to stay punctual and follow instructions accurately.
• Able to communicate clearly and professionally with clients, colleagues, and supervisors.
• Physically able to stand, bend, lift, and move equipment or supplies as needed for the job.
• Prepared to follow company rules, health and safety requirements, and quality procedures.
• Prior experience in cleaning, housekeeping, or janitorial work is helpful but not mandatory.
• High school diploma or an equivalent credential is preferred.
