Role Overview
Dfly International is looking for a Centre Coordinator to manage student-facing operations at its Patna location. The role is centered on counselling, admissions support, daily centre coordination, and maintaining a smooth experience for students and parents.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide counselling to students through both online and offline channels.
- Oversee the day-to-day functioning of the centre and keep operations running efficiently.
- Assist students and parents with course details and admission-related guidance.
- Track enquiries, conduct follow-ups, and support the admission workflow.
- Maintain proper records and deliver strong customer service.
Requirements
- Strong verbal communication and counselling abilities.
- Prior exposure to counselling, centre coordination, or education-related work is preferred.
- Good planning, organization, and multitasking skills.
- A positive, student-focused mindset.
Working Conditions
Location: Patna, Bihar, India
Working hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Working days: Monday to Saturday
Join preference: Candidates who can start immediately are preferred.
Compensation
The monthly salary offered for this role is ₹25,000 to ₹35,000.
