Responsibilities

• Provide high-end butler service to Yacht Club guests with a strong focus on personalization.
• Anticipate guest preferences and respond before needs are explicitly raised whenever possible.
• Coordinate guest requests, reservations, and VIP services with precision.
• Support the creation and delivery of tailored onboard experiences.
• Maintain discretion, professionalism, and composure at all times.
• Recommend suitable services, dining, and beverage options aligned with guest expectations.
• Work smoothly with other team members to ensure every detail is handled efficiently.
• Adapt to a fast-moving shipboard setting while preserving a luxury-service standard.

Requirements

• Background as a Butler, Personal Concierge, or in a comparable premium hospitality position.
• Experience in a luxury cruise ship, five-star hotel, or private estate is preferred.
• Strong understanding of luxury service etiquette, fine dining, and premium beverage service.
• Ability to deliver intuitive, tailored support while remaining discreet and professional.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Comfort handling multiple priorities and guest demands at the same time.
• Fluent spoken and written English is required.
• Knowledge of additional European languages is a plus.
• Relevant hospitality, luxury service, or butler training is expected.
• Well-groomed appearance, refined manners, and a commitment to five-star standards.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays, onboard a ship.
