About the Role

Safeguard Global is looking for a German-speaking Business Development Representative to join its EMEA sales organization and help drive expansion across the DACH region and broader European markets. What You'll Do

  • Source, contact, and assess potential leads through outbound calls, email outreach, social selling, and follow-ups on inbound interest.

  • Work alongside Account Executives to shape account strategies and ensure qualified leads are handed over smoothly.
  • Use campaigns, events, and partner-led activity to create early-stage pipeline and new opportunities.
  • Keep CRM records current in Salesforce and share clear updates on pipeline status and performance.
  • Work toward and surpass targets for qualified meetings, opportunities, and revenue impact.
  • Improve outreach and sales effectiveness through coaching, feedback, and team collaboration.
