Overview
HAILI is hiring an entry-level Business Analyst to support the connection between business requirements and technical delivery. This full-time role is suited to recent graduates or early-career professionals who are comfortable working with data, solving problems, and helping improve how business processes operate.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, review, and record requirements from internal stakeholders.
- Assess current workflows and identify areas where efficiency can be improved.
- Assist in developing and rolling out business solutions.
- Work with data to produce reports that inform decisions.
- Partner with product, operations, and technical teams on important initiatives.
- Support process mapping, workflow documentation, and checking solution fit.
- Take part in user acceptance testing and incorporate feedback.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree that is completed or underway in Business, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a similar discipline.
- Strong reasoning, analysis, and problem-solving ability.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
- Comfort using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other business productivity tools.
- Exposure to SQL, data analysis, or process-mapping software is advantageous.
- Well-developed organisation skills and close attention to detail.
- A self-driven mindset and willingness to learn quickly.
