The Bakery Lead is accountable for bakery production and the department’s day-to-day operating standards.   • Assist with inventory audits, shrink control efforts, and performance tracking across the club.
  • Check bakery cases and coolers daily to ensure proper conditions and compliance.

  • Support inventory reconciliation and audit processes to maintain reliable records.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned and provide cross-department support when required.
  • Maintain regular, predictable full attendance to support operations and coverage.
