Role overview
We are looking for an Associate Recruiter to support a remote, full-time hiring function. This position offers hourly pay in the range of $15 to $20 and requires a weekly commitment of 10 to 40 hours.
Responsibilities
- Find, approach, and connect with prospective candidates using inventive sourcing methods.
- Oversee the recruiting workflow from first contact through to offer acceptance.
- Arrange interviews, collect and share feedback, and help deliver a positive candidate journey.
- Keep communication clear, timely, and professional with hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor recruitment data, review performance trends, and prepare reports to improve hiring outcomes.
- Ensure candidate information and records are accurately maintained in the applicant tracking system.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in a startup setting.
- Good command of candidate sourcing methods and familiarity with multiple hiring platforms and tools.
- Ability to handle recruiting pipelines and several open roles at the same time.
- Excellent written and spoken communication, with strong attention to detail.
- Comfort working independently and managing priorities in a remote environment.
- Experience collaborating and building rapport with people across different functions and seniority levels.
