  • Handle domestic purchase orders for PPD and Color WOW in line with available inventory.

  • Keep the weekly Color WOW sales tracker updated with month-to-date performance versus target and provide sell-in updates to sales leadership.
  • Maintain and analyze monthly retailer sell-out data for Color WOW to surface trends and actionable market feedback.
  • Prepare monthly commission payout calculations for PPD other distributors.
  • Update trade price lists and coordinate the rollout of price increases for both PPD and Color WOW.
  • Support pricing master data upkeep, resolve system attribution issues, and maintain the active SKU list in NEO/PIM.
  • Work with PIM and Pricing teams to upload and configure promotional deals in NEO for customer service purchase orders and sales orders.
  • Maintain customer hierarchy records in NEO, with close attention to data accuracy during and after system go-live phases.
  • Partner with Finance on sales accrual reconciliation and help resolve related financial variances.
  • Prepare annual documentation and policy files for BFA, GTS, and MAP requirements for key customers.
  • Support BPM initiatives and help ensure division-wide process compliance.

Skills and knowledge

  • Strong operational discipline with the ability to manage high-volume work in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a strong focus on data accuracy.
  • Advanced Excel capability, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas.
  • Working knowledge of SAP, PIM, NetSuite, or Google Workspace is preferred.
