Role overview

This role is focused on growing business revenue while ensuring the restaurant or store operates to a high retail standard. The position calls for building and maintaining standard operating procedures, strengthening customer satisfaction, and supporting overall store performance through strong leadership and operational control.

The job also involves helping with recruitment, hiring, and training, while driving sales through excellent customer service and a polished retail experience. A major part of the role is to guide teams, support store leaders, and ensure consistent execution across locations.

Key responsibilities

  • Strengthen business performance by improving revenue and profitability across the store network.
  • Build, update, and maintain SOPs in line with retail standards so operations stay consistent and customer-focused.
  • Support staffing needs by participating in recruitment, onboarding, and training efforts.
  • Lead and motivate employees so they can perform effectively and deliver strong service.
  • Track key sales metrics such as units per transaction, average transaction value, monthly sales, sales per square foot, turnover, shrinkage, and conversion rate.
  • Set store-level sales targets and work toward maximizing sales and profitability.

  • Control operating expenses and look for ways to reduce costs through automation.

  • Attend weekly meetings with senior management to review business plans, achievements, and improvement areas.
  • Monitor inventory in coordination with Brand General Manager and Brand Managers.
  • Encourage strong coordination among leadership, store teams, and buyers/planners to improve sales.
  • Watch for slow-moving and outdated stock and work with Brand Managers to manage it.
  • Make sure store managers properly handle stock security measures.
  • Contribute to store design and layout planning for new projects.
  • Prepare a new store schedule before the design phase begins.
  • Guide the concept architect during design and implementation.
  • Hold regular project update meetings with the projects team.
  • Support the territory team during setup and merchandising stages.
  • Improve brand visibility and support marketing and brand-awareness efforts.
  • Handle legal responsibilities connected with store management, store openings, and planning.
