What You Will Do
- Take the lead on the shop floor and help deliver an outstanding Sunglass Hut customer experience.

- Coach, support, and inspire team members to reach sales goals and celebrate achievements.
- Assist with day-to-day store operations and take charge when the Store Manager is away.
- Support recruitment by helping bring in confident, stylish, and personable talent.
