You will turn marketing strategy into compelling visual ideas and final creative assets across multiple channels. Responsibilities
- Create and deliver original creative concepts for campaigns, brand identity work, social media, and broader multi-channel marketing efforts.
- Convert marketing plans and audience insights into visual direction, rough concepts, storyboards, and finished design outputs.
- Own projects end-to-end, ensuring the creative remains consistent and high quality from concept through final execution.
- Confidently present ideas and design directions to both internal stakeholders and clients, then adapt based on feedback.
- Work closely with designers, writers, and strategists to refine concepts and expand the creative direction.
- Stay current on cultural trends, advertising standards, and creative best practices across different platforms.
- Contribute to ideation sessions and help strengthen the overall creative standard of the team.
Requirements
- 3 to 6 years of experience in advertising, creative agencies, or brand-led design roles.
- Strong conceptual ability and advanced visual design skills, supported by a polished portfolio.
- Solid command of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and similar tools.
- Comfort using AI tools for ideation, refinement, and production support.
- Proven ability to organize time well, prioritize effectively, and deliver strong work in a fast-moving environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to explain creative decisions clearly.
- Ability to work independently in a distributed, remote-friendly setup.
- Strong collaboration skills and ease working in cross-functional brainstorming environments.
