About the Role
Emcore Global India is looking for an AR Caller to support US healthcare provider operations by managing accounts receivable follow-ups, handling billing concerns, and reducing claim denials. The role involves working with insurers and internal teams to improve reimbursement outcomes and maintain accurate claim records.
Responsibilities
- Use clear and effective communication to address billing questions and related concerns.
- Partner with internal departments to sort out complex medical billing mismatches.
- Keep detailed and accurate records of every interaction with insurance providers and other relevant parties.
- Apply denial management methods, including identifying root causes and preparing appeals, to lower claim rejections and write-offs.
- Handle AR calls to close outstanding accounts receivable issues for healthcare providers.
- Carry out regular AR follow-ups by pursuing unpaid or underpaid claims with insurers to secure timely payment.
- Work with insurance companies to verify patient eligibility and benefits so claims are submitted correctly and delays are reduced.
Candidate Profile
The ideal applicant should have 1 to 5 years of experience in AR calling, denial management, and denial follow-up. A solid understanding of US healthcare regulations and revenue cycle management is important, along with strong phone communication and voice processing skills. Familiarity with AR, denials follow-up, denial handling, revenue cycle management, and eligibility verification processes is expected.
Work Arrangement
This is a night-shift, work-from-office opportunity. The role is open to male candidates only, and immediate joiners are preferred.
