Role overview
An international carrier is hiring an experienced A320 Captain to take charge of flight operations and help deliver safe, secure, and efficient commercial flying. This position sits within a fast-expanding worldwide aviation network and comes with strong prospects for long-term career growth.
The selected pilot will hold full command of the aircraft, direct flight and cabin crew, and ensure the highest standards of safety and operational discipline across every stage of the journey.
Primary responsibilities
- Assume command of the aircraft from pushback/taxi-out until engine shutdown after landing.
- Protect the safety and security of passengers, crew, cargo, and the aircraft at all times.
- Fly in line with aviation rules, company SOPs, and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate and guide flight and cabin crew throughout the duty period.
- Apply strong crew resource management and sound judgment during operations.
- Maintain professional conduct and disciplined operational standards.
- Support punctual departures and dependable service delivery.
- Operate efficiently in accordance with fuel-saving and environmental policies.
- Ensure every flight aligns with organisational safety, service, and performance expectations.
Required experience and qualifications
- At least 5,500 total flying hours.
- At least 2,500 PIC hours on multi-crew glass cockpit aircraft.
- At least 1,500 PIC hours on the A320 family.
- Recent A320 family experience within the last 12 months.
- Valid A320 type rating with a minimum of two months remaining at the time of joining.
- Current, unrestricted ICAO ATPL.
- Valid Class 1 medical certificate.
- English language proficiency of level 4 or above.
- Preference may be extended to candidates currently serving as TRE or TRI instructors.

Compensation note
Depending on flying hours and allowances, total annual remuneration can be approximately USD 181,000.
