Role Overview

The Delhi centre in Qutub Institutional Area is looking for an Admin Coordinator / Front Desk Manager to manage client interactions, bookings, scheduling, and day-to-day administrative support. The role requires someone who can keep operations organized, communicate clearly, and help ensure a smooth experience for clients and staff.

Lead and Inquiry Handling

  • Handle incoming booking enquiries through phone, email, and walk-in interactions.
  • Process class, workshop, and event bookings accurately and within the available schedule.
  • Keep the booking records current by tracking new reservations, cancellations, and rescheduling requests.
  • Share complete information with clients about class timings, pricing, and any specific participation requirements.

Schedule Management

  • Create and maintain the master timetable for gymnastics classes so resources and instructors are used effectively.
  • Work with coaches and team members to assign sessions, arrange replacements, and keep the schedule running smoothly.
  • Communicate timetable changes to instructors, staff, and clients in a timely manner.
  • Handle schedule clashes efficiently while keeping client satisfaction in mind.

Client Relationship Management

  • Act as the primary contact for clients and respond to questions, concerns, and feedback professionally.
  • Explain the academy’s programs, pricing options, and facility details to prospective and existing clients.
