About the Role
We are seeking a proactive Account Manager to oversee client campaigns from launch through completion. This role calls for strong energy, a positive mindset, and exceptional attention to detail, along with the ability to manage several campaigns at the same time. The position is focused not only on account ownership, but also on helping clients achieve results while continually building your own skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop trusted relationships with agencies, brands, and podcast partners while serving as a strategic point of contact across the full campaign journey.
- Own the complete execution of audio ad campaigns, including programmatic, direct, and sponsorship-based placements.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders across content, ad operations, and finance to ensure assets are approved on time, delivery is correct, and campaigns run smoothly.
- Partner with podcast creators and brand teams to align messaging, manage inventory, and identify opportunities to improve monetization.
- Contribute to media planning and proposal creation alongside the broader team.
- Monitor campaign results and prepare post-campaign reporting that supports renewals, upsell opportunities, and long-term client retention.
- Support purchase order handling, invoicing, and CRM record-keeping to maintain internal workflows and revenue tracking.
Who We’re Looking For
- Someone who brings energy, optimism, a willingness to learn, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns with strong attention to detail.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in sales planning and/or account management, ideally in audio or podcast-related work.
- Proven experience in client-facing positions, either at a media publisher or within an agency environment.
- A strong understanding of the digital advertising and media ecosystem.
Location and Work Arrangement
This is a hybrid role based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The expectation is to work from the Toronto office approximately two to three days each week, and candidates should live within a reasonable commuting distance to meet this schedule.
