Role overview

For our team in Bad Kissingen, Bavaria, we are looking for a full-time Abrechner:in to support the billing and documentation side of construction projects in the Hochbau area. The role focuses on measuring quantities, checking project costs, preparing invoices, and coordinating closely with the people involved in the build process.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare site measurements and determine quantities for billing purposes.
• Handle invoicing and settlement of building construction services.
• Monitor project costs and carry out regular cost checks.
• Create and review invoices with care.
• Maintain and document all records relevant to project billing.
• Coordinate with site managers, clients, and subcontractors.
• Support the technical back office across construction projects.

Profile and requirements

• Completed degree in civil engineering, completed training as a construction technician, or relevant professional experience in a similar field.
• Strong team spirit, clear communication skills, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Previous experience with billing or settlement software is desirable.
• Confident use of MS Office tools such as Word and Excel.
• Structured, accurate, and goal-focused way of working.
