On the marketing side, the company focuses on SEO, social media marketing, PPC advertising, and email campaigns to improve visibility, bring more traffic, and generate leads.
Key responsibilities
- Support the development and upkeep of client relationships so customers remain satisfied.
- Respond to customer queries and issues across phone, email, and live chat.
- Work with the sales team to help plan and execute marketing activities that support growth.
- Carry out market research and basic analysis to spot prospects and business opportunities.
- Create or assist with content for social media posts and email marketing campaigns.
- Join sales meetings and presentations to understand sales methods and processes.
- Help with day-to-day administration and other assigned ad hoc tasks.
