About the internship

Quest for Success is an overseas education and college counseling organization that helps students prepare for admissions to highly selective universities across the world, including institutions such as Ivy League universities, UC Berkeley, Cambridge, Imperial College London, and other leading global schools.

This internship is ideal for candidates who have strong writing and editing ability and want to work on high-impact application content.

What you will do

• Review college application essays and provide detailed editing support for applicants to universities in the US, UK, Singapore, and other countries.
• Refine personal statements, supplemental essays, Statements of Purpose (SOPs), scholarship essays, and resumes.
• Improve the flow, clarity, narrative strength, and overall effectiveness of essays while keeping the student’s original voice intact.
• Generate essay ideas and help students shape strong, engaging stories for their university applications.
• Research universities, admissions criteria, and essay prompts whenever needed.
• Create and polish content for the company website and marketing efforts related to study abroad, university admissions, and student success stories.

Who can apply

Applicants must be available for a full-time, in-office internship, able to begin between 28 June 2026 and 2 August 2026, and available for a 6-month duration. Candidates should have relevant skills and interests. Women who want to start or restart their careers may also apply.

Other requirements

• This role is open only to current Master’s students or recent Master’s graduates from the last 2 years.
• Preferred academic backgrounds include English Literature, Journalism, Mass Communication, Liberal Arts, Humanities, Education, Psychology, Public Policy, International Relations, and related fields.
• Prior exposure to study abroad applications, academic writing, editing, or journalism will be an added advantage.
• Strong command of written English is essential.
• Candidates should have solid editing, proofreading, creative writing, grammar, and language skills.
• High attention to detail and the ability to give useful, constructive feedback are important.
• The selected intern must be able to work from the office in Koramangala, Bengaluru.
• A passion for writing, storytelling, and higher education is expected.

Stipend
