Warehouse Process Support Specialist

Overview

Sandvik’s Business Area Mining is seeking a Warehouse Process Support Specialist to join the global Parts & Services Logistics team. This position supports the ongoing development of warehouse processes across an international logistics network and contributes to the company’s supply chain transformation efforts.

The role is based in Eindhoven, Netherlands or Dublin, Ireland, and sits within the Parts & Services – Business Area Mining division. The broader business focuses on equipment, tools, service, and technical solutions for mining and construction, including rock drilling, rock cutting, loading and hauling, crushing and screening, tunnelling, and demolition.

What this role is about

You will help turn operational needs into practical process improvements across warehouse operations. The position involves working with process owners, warehouse teams, IT, and other stakeholders to support process design, change implementation, and the adoption of common working methods across sites.

A key part of the job is strengthening operational performance, process consistency, and user adoption through hands-on support, coaching, training, and subject matter expertise for logistics teams around the world.

Key responsibilities

• Assist process owners with identifying, designing, and rolling out continuous improvement actions, while also supporting global projects.
• Serve as a knowledge resource for stakeholders across the core Parts & Services network.
• Coach and train logistics operations teams globally, and audit process and documentation compliance against shared working standards.
• Coordinate process updates, submit IT-related change requests, and carry out user acceptance testing.
• Contribute to global initiatives by supporting, participating in, and at times leading project work.

Candidate profile

The ideal candidate brings solid warehouse and supply chain experience, particularly in international and cross-cultural settings. You should be comfortable leading change, training others, and guiding stakeholders with confidence and credibility.

The role requires a highly structured and proactive approach, the ability to manage several priorities on your own, and the confidence to work effectively with both frontline teams and senior leaders. Strong communication skills, a flexible service mindset, and a practical problem-solving attitude are essential.

Systems and technical background

Hands-on experience with Blue Yonder WMS and SAP S/4HANA is mandatory. Familiarity with SAP EWM and Aurora, along with strong Office 365 skills, will be an advantage.

Language and working style

Excellent written and spoken English is required. The role calls for someone who can work across borders, cultures, and organisational levels while building trust and maintaining strong working relationships.
