Role Overview

The Warehouse Executive will be responsible for smooth movement, storage, tracking, and dispatch of materials while ensuring pharmaceutical warehouse practices remain aligned with GMP, GDP, SOP, and quality standards.

Core Responsibilities

• Receive incoming raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods, verify them, and store them in line with GMP and GDP requirements.
• Keep stock data accurate in ERP/WMS systems and perform cycle counts to identify and resolve stock mismatches.
• Arrange the issue of raw and packaging materials to production and coordinate dispatch of finished goods only after QA release.
• Prepare GRNs, stock statements, and warehouse records while maintaining documentation according to SOPs.
• Apply FIFO/FEFO principles, separate quarantined and rejected material properly, and maintain suitable storage conditions.
• Work closely with production, QA, QC, and supply chain teams to ensure a steady flow of materials.
• Maintain warehouse safety standards, follow EHS guidelines, and ensure cleanliness and organization in the storage area.
