Waiter

About the Role

We are hiring an energetic and service-oriented Waiter to join our team in Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will help create a welcoming dining experience by delivering attentive, high-quality service to guests in a busy hospitality setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests courteously and set a positive tone from the moment they arrive.
• Accurately record food and beverage orders.
• Deliver meals and drinks efficiently and without unnecessary delay.
• Keep tables tidy, presentable, and properly maintained.
• Respond to guest questions and address concerns in a professional manner.
• Accept payments and use the POS system for billing and transactions.
• Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to keep service running smoothly.
• Follow all food safety and hygiene guidelines at all times.

Requirements

• Previous experience working as a waiter in hospitality, restaurants, or food and beverage service.
• Strong verbal communication and people skills.
• Comfortable working in a team and staying effective under pressure.
• Good understanding of food and beverage service standards and techniques.
• Working knowledge of POS systems.
• High school diploma or an equivalent qualification.
• Eligibility to work in Saudi Arabia.
