About the Role
This position is a hands-on operational role centred on the daily administration, configuration and support of the UKG Workforce Management system. You will collaborate closely with Payroll, HR and other business teams to keep the system running smoothly, resolve issues and ensure it continues to support business requirements.
The role will suit someone who likes working through the detail, tackling technical problems and improving how systems function. You will also be involved in enhancement and optimisation work as the UKG environment develops further.
Duties
- Take ownership of the administration and upkeep of the UKG Workforce Management platform
- Set up and manage pay rules, accrual structures, schedules and workforce configuration
- Investigate issues and provide day-to-day support to users
- Work with Payroll, HR and operations stakeholders to address system-related questions and concerns
- Assist with testing activities, upgrades, patching and platform enhancement work
- Support integrations and check data accuracy across connected systems
- Keep system records and documentation current while protecting data integrity
- Look for ways to streamline processes and improve platform performance
Skills and Experience
- Prior hands-on administration experience with UKG Workforce Management, either Dimensions or Workforce Central, is essential
- Strong working knowledge of UKG setup, configuration and system administration is essential
- Experience with pay rules, accruals, scheduling or timekeeping configuration is required
- Exposure to testing, upgrades and issue resolution is highly desirable
- Well-developed analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Comfortable engaging with Payroll, HR and wider business stakeholders
- Experience with integrations or enterprise platforms such as Workday, SAP or Oracle is an advantage
