  • Carry out quality checks to confirm that system entries match the underlying Credit Approval Memo and related records such as valuation reports, title search reports, RoC, CERCAI, stock audit reports, and security review memoranda.
  • Track and monitor exceptions so that all required items are reflected properly in the exceptions-tracking system.
  • Validate disbursement notice processing as per the defined process and help avoid operational losses or revenue leakage.
  • Compare data and reports to identify inconsistencies, mismatches, or other gaps that may need follow-up.
  • Analyse stock statements and cash flow statements received from the business team and calculate drawing power for fund-based facilities extended to clients.
  • Verify drawing power calculations and ensure CBS changes are updated correctly when drawing power increases or decreases based on the stock statement.
  • Perform daily reconciliations of internal CASA accounts and general ledger balances, then investigate any breaks or unmatched entries.
  • Match GST-related entries against the general ledger and validate GST input and output data before upload into the system to maintain accuracy and compliance.
  • Prepare and maintain MIS reports and perform quality checks for the portfolio managed by the Corporate Administration Department.
