As the company expands, it is hiring a Technical Project Manager to coordinate execution across product, engineering, operations, compliance, and strategic partnerships.

Role summary

This position is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering important technology and business initiatives across the organization. The role connects business priorities with technical delivery, ensuring that projects move forward efficiently and align with company goals.

The right candidate will bring solid project management experience along with enough technical understanding to collaborate effectively with engineers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

This is a very hands-on position for someone who performs well in a fast-moving startup environment and enjoys creating structure, pushing execution, and solving complex operational challenges.

Project and delivery management

• Take ownership of end-to-end delivery for strategic and technology-led projects across the business.
• Create project schedules, milestone plans, dependency maps, and resource allocation structures.
• Monitor progress, surface risks early, and remove blockers to keep delivery on track.
• Coordinate several parallel workstreams spanning product, technology, operations, compliance, and investments.
• Keep projects aligned to business priorities while ensuring timely and within-scope delivery.

Technology and engineering coordination

• Partner with product managers, engineers, QA teams, and external vendors to drive platform development work.
• Convert business needs into clear project outputs and implementation streams.
• Coordinate API integrations, third-party implementations, and system rollout activities.
• Support sprint planning, backlog management, release coordination, and readiness for deployment.
• Help run UAT, manage issues, and coordinate production launches.
• Track dependencies across frontend, backend, infrastructure, and connected systems.

Stakeholder management

• Serve as the link between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
• Align engineering, compliance, investment, operations, and leadership teams around project goals.
• Set up project meetings, working sessions, and leadership updates.
• Prepare dashboards, progress reports, and management updates for senior discussions.
• Escalate problems at the right time and drive cross-team resolution.

Process and operational excellence

• Build scalable project governance, workflows, and documentation practices.
• Strengthen operational efficiency through structured execution methods and process improvement.
• Help introduce PMO standards and delivery management practices.
• Contribute to SOPs, operating controls, and implementation playbooks.

Strategic initiatives

You will also support the delivery of key company programs, including wealth platform launches, custodian and fund platform integrations, payment and KYC integrations, regulatory implementation efforts, AI and automation projects, client onboarding infrastructure, investment operations workflows, and strategic partner onboarding.

Experience and technical requirements

Applicants should have 4 to 8 years of experience in project management, technology delivery, product operations, or implementation roles. Experience in fintech, wealthtech, banking, financial services, or startup environments is preferred.

Strong knowledge of software development lifecycles and Agile delivery methods is needed. Familiarity with APIs, system integrations, and digital platform architecture is also important, along with the ability to work comfortably with engineering teams and understand technical delivery considerations.

Experience with frontend and backend workflows, cloud infrastructure concepts, deployment processes, UAT coordination, release management, and production rollouts will be valuable. Candidates should also be able to read technical documentation, workflows, and integration requirements.

Core capabilities

This role calls for excellent project management, strong organization, solid communication, and careful attention to detail. You should be able to manage ambiguity, shifting priorities, and the balance between strategy and execution in a startup setting. Strong analysis, problem-solving, and stakeholder coordination skills are essential.

Hands-on exposure to tools such as Jira, Confluence, Notion, Asana, Monday.com, Figma, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace is preferred.

Preferred background

Professional certifications such as PMP, Agile, Scrum, or PRINCE2 are considered an advantage. Experience with wealth management platforms, investment operations, digital banking systems, third-party vendor management, and MAS-regulated financial services environments is a plus.
