What You'll Do
- Create and roll out scalable hiring workflows that make sourcing and onboarding smoother.
- Partner with hiring managers and other stakeholders to align recruitment plans with business priorities.
- Review hiring data and performance trends to find bottlenecks and improve time-to-fill.
- Manage applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools, including setup, upkeep, and effective use.
- Handle relationships with staffing agencies and outside vendors to support efficient and cost-conscious hiring.
Skills and Experience Needed
- Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems and HR analytics platforms.
- Ability to use data to improve recruitment processes and decision-making.
