Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments so deliveries are completed on time and accurately.
• Keep track of transport activity, stock movement, and overall logistics performance across the supply chain.
• Compile logistics data, monitor key metrics, and prepare reports that support operational decisions.
• Work closely with suppliers, carriers, warehouse teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure workflow continuity.
• Handle shipping paperwork, order processing, and inventory records with care and precision.
• Spot logistics disruptions, delivery delays, and process inefficiencies, then take action to resolve them early.
• Support improvement initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency, reducing costs, and strengthening service levels.
• Make sure transportation rules, company procedures, and operational requirements are followed at all times.
