Role Summary

This position is focused on keeping warehouse operations moving smoothly. You will handle order picking and packing, assist with loading and unloading trucks, replenish stock, carry out stock counts, complete manual lifting tasks, and support a range of general warehouse and administrative duties.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately.
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Replenish shelves and maintain stock levels.
• Carry out stocktaking and related inventory checks.
• Perform manual handling and other day-to-day warehouse tasks.
• Complete basic administrative work as required.
• Use warehouse equipment and scanners for order processing, including overhead cranes, dropsaws and a fully automated bandsaw.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will bring solid communication skills and be comfortable working in a small, fast-moving team. You should be organised, adaptable and able to shift priorities when workloads change. A physically capable approach is important because manual handling is part of the job. Good computer literacy is needed for essential administrative tasks, along with a positive attitude, strong attention to detail and a clear commitment to health and safety. A current F-endorsed forklift licence would be an advantage, although training can be provided if you do not already hold one.

Working Arrangements

This is a full-time role with a consistent 40-hour week, Monday to Friday, giving you weekends off.
