Overview

This role is for someone who thrives in a fast-moving retail environment and enjoys leading by example. The company is looking for a dependable, self-driven, and organized person with a positive mindset, strong task-prioritization skills, and the ability to delegate effectively. The store supervisor will help create a welcoming, customer-first atmosphere and support the team in delivering a great experience in every part of the visit.

There is also an extra pay of $1.50 per hour for work performed between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service throughout their store visit.
• Prepare food and drinks accurately, safely, quickly, and according to each customer’s request.
• Coach and support team members, helping them stay focused on priorities and perform well.
• Monitor store inventory to ensure products are ordered, stocked, rotated, displayed properly, and available for customers.
• Maintain cleanliness across the store, kitchen, and dining spaces.

Requirements

• Ability to manage multiple tasks at once and handle repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
• Capacity to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person with lifting 40 pounds.
• Must be at least 18 years old; for certain duties under Virginia state law, supervisors must be 21 or older.

This position is based in Thomasville, North Carolina and is an on-site full-time role.
