What you will do

• Design, build, and validate software applications.
• Work with the company’s technology stack to develop and test application features.
• Use technical expertise to assess complex data, changes, and project needs, then recommend solutions for technical problems.
• Help strengthen business operations and improve engineering efficiency.
• Create software components that can be assembled into complete software systems.
• Investigate and resolve production problems that affect product and system reliability.
• Partner with Engineering, Product, and Operations teams to support new launches and improve marketplace performance.

Education requirement

Required experience and technical background

• Experience in backend development using Python, Java, C#, or C++.
• Knowledge of SQL or MySQL.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented design, data structures, algorithms, and complexity analysis.
• Ability to work with and design technology stacks.
• Hands-on experience with debugging and monitoring production services.
• Familiarity with large-scale distributed systems.
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across functions and teams.
• Experience building and integrating APIs.
• Exposure to DevOps tools and practices, including deployment workflows, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Ability to design scalable, resilient systems and architecture, including APIs.
