Scheduler (m/w/d)

Role Overview

We are looking to hire a Scheduler / appointment and project planner (m/f/d) for well-known clients across Germany, available to start immediately.

What You Will Do

• Develop and maintain integrated project and scheduling plans across all phases, from initial planning through commissioning and handover.
• Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure deadlines, deliverables, and project milestones are met on time.
• Monitor project progress, manage interfaces between workstreams, and keep schedules consistent, realistic, and robust.
• Plan and optimize resources, including resource levelling, to support efficient capacity use and smooth project execution.
• Carry out schedule and risk assessments to spot possible delays early and define suitable corrective actions.
• Prepare progress, performance, and management reports, and use Power BI and 4D planning for visualization and analysis of project metrics.

Your Profile

• You bring several years of experience in project planning and project controls.
• You have strong hands-on knowledge of Primavera P6, earned value management, and reporting.
• You are experienced in schedule risk analysis, 4D planning, and building reports and dashboards with Power BI.
• You communicate confidently in both German and English, spoken and written.
• You have strong communication abilities and proven stakeholder management skills.
• You hold a completed degree in engineering, project management, or a similar field.
