Role Overview

This position is for an experienced Salesforce Revenue Cloud Developer who can handle both functional and technical aspects of Revenue Cloud. The work centers on designing, configuring, customising, and supporting complete revenue management solutions on Salesforce, with strong involvement in Quote-to-Cash operations and Revenue Lifecycle Management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement, configure, enhance, and support Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutions.
  • Set up and maintain processes for Product Catalog, Pricing, Discounting, Quote Management, Subscription Management, Billing, Invoicing, and Order Management.
  • Support end-to-end Quote-to-Cash and Lead-to-Cash workflows covering sales, contracts, billing, renewals, amendments, and cancellations.
  • Work on Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced, Revenue Lifecycle Management, and related platform features.
  • Use Salesforce CPQ where needed as a legacy reference.
  • Create and maintain guided selling journeys, quotation flows, pricing rules, approval steps, and revenue operations processes.
  • Partner with business users, architects, administrators, and integration teams to capture requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
  • Build and configure Salesforce Flows, declarative automations, Lightning components, and API-led integrations.
  • Support Contract Lifecycle Management, revenue recognition, amendments, renewals, and cancellation processes.
  • Investigate and resolve issues related to pricing, quoting, order handling, billing, and revenue lifecycle functions.
  • Maintain solution quality through documentation, testing support, and deployment readiness.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Overall Salesforce experience of 6+ years.
  • At least 2 years of direct experience in Salesforce Revenue Cloud or Revenue Operations.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Product Catalog Management, Pricing and Discounting, Guided Selling, Quote Management, Contract Lifecycle Management, Order Management, Billing, Invoicing, and Subscription Management.
  • Strong understanding of amendments, renewals, cancellations, revenue recognition, Quote-to-Cash, and Lead-to-Cash processes.
  • Exposure to Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced, Revenue Lifecycle Management, and Agentforce Revenue Management is an advantage.
